Comfortable Please wear comfortable workout clothing that is not too baggy. Rowing seats slide and long shirts or jackets and baggy pants and shorts can get caught in the wheels under the seat.  We recommend layers so that you can remove clothes as you heat up. Wear gym shoes or other casual footwear for using a rowing machine. Socks are a must! You will take off your footwear and use the shoes mounted in the rowing shells. 

Rowing is a water sport & sometimes you get wet (splashed), so be prepared.
